Yes on Measure W creates the Los Angeles County’s Safe, Clean Water Program - an urgent action plan to increase local water supplies, clean up contaminated water to protect public health and the environment, and prepare our region for drought.

Through a modest parcel tax, the Program will raise $300 million a year in local, dedicated funding to modernize our 100-year-old water system, using nature and science, to capture more rainfall, filter out toxic pollutants, and store clean water for our future use.
